Why we have Guardian Homes.
A Guardian Home is a family in Central Ohio that has one (or two) of our Aussie Labradoodles living in their home as part of their family.
In order for us to provide a variety of sizes and colors of our multi-generation Australian Labradoodles to families nationwide and beyond we have several females and males in our breeding program. We believe that healthy well socialized dogs help to produce the family friendly temperaments you may have read about.
Instead of living in kennels, our breeding dogs live, play and sleep in a home with their family. When it comes time for the mom's to have their pups, they come to our house and stay until the pups are weaned. The males have an easier job that only requires them to visit for a few days. Some families even become part of the birthing process. Once the Doodle is ready to retire they become permanent members of their family. Then their only worry is to decide which side of the bed is warmer.
